Step 1 — Sign in with your school Google account第一步：用學校 Google 帳號登入

Open the student portal address in your phone's browser (Safari or Chrome).
用手機瀏覽器（Safari 或 Chrome）開啟學生專區網址。 -
Tap Continue with Google and pick your school account — the one ending in @tcs.ntpc.edu.tw.
點「Continue with Google」，選你的學校帳號（結尾是 @tcs.ntpc.edu.tw 的那一個）。 -
That's it. There is no separate portal password — your school Google account is your sign-in.
這樣就完成了。學生專區沒有另外的密碼 — 你的學校 Google 帳號就是你的登入方式。
如果手機平常登入的是個人 Gmail，Google 可能會自動選到那一個 — portal 會說不認識你。請在帳號選單裡切換到你的 @tcs.ntpc.edu.tw 學校帳號。
Step 2 — Install it as an app第二步：把 portal 安裝成手機 App
Installed, it sits on your home screen like a regular app — faster to open, and it can receive school notifications.
安裝後會像一般 App 一樣出現在主畫面，開啟更快，之後也能接收學校通知。
iPhone (Safari): tap the Share icon (square with ↑) → "Add to Home Screen" → Add.

Android (Chrome): tap the ⋮ menu → "Install app" (or "Add to Home screen").

在手機上，點畫面下方導覽列的「⋯ More 更多」，「EN / 中文」切換就在選單接近底部的地方（「登出」也在那裡）。螢幕比較寬的時候，按鈕在畫面右上角。整個 portal 會立刻換成另一種語言。
安裝成 App 之後，portal 可能會出現「開啟通知」的提示。允許之後，學校公告與重要通知會直接推播到你的手機。
Getting around — the five tabs
After signing in, Home greets you by name and shows what actually needs you today: the latest school news, your next class, and a Needs your attention card counting missing and late work. The bottom bar is how you move around:
登入後，首頁會直接叫你的名字，並顯示今天真正需要你注意的事：最新公告、下一節課，以及統計缺交與遲交作業的「Needs your attention」卡片。畫面下方的導覽列是主要的移動方式：

📚 Homework作業
One page for every course. The card at the top counts what's missing and late across all your classes; below it, each course lists its assignments with a status chip — Missing, Late, or the score once it's graded. The data comes from Google Classroom, and each course shows when it was last updated.
所有科目集中在一頁。最上面的卡片統計你全部課程的缺交與遲交數；下面每一科列出作業與狀態標籤 — Missing 缺交、Late 遲交，或已評分的分數。資料來自 Google Classroom，每一科都會標示最後更新時間。
這一頁讓你掌握進度；作業本身 — 題目說明、檔案、繳交 — 還是在 Google Classroom 進行，和以前一樣。
🕐 Timetable課表
Your week, day by day: each period's time, course, teacher, and room when one is set. Home also shows your next class at a glance, so on a normal day you may not need this page at all.
你的每週課表：每一節的時間、科目、老師，以及教室（有安排的話）。首頁也會直接顯示你的下一節課，所以平常可能連翻這一頁都不用。
📊 Grades成績
This tab is for official term grades — it fills in when the school releases each term's report card. Until then it shows "No grades yet", which is normal. Day-to-day scores on individual assignments are in Homework, not here.
這個分頁放的是學期正式成績 — 學校公布成績單後才會出現內容，在那之前顯示「No grades yet」是正常的。平時單份作業的分數在「Homework 作業」分頁，不在這裡。
TCS uses the BC proficiency scale, not letter grades. Each course is assessed on four levels:
TCS 採用加拿大 BC 課綱的精熟度等級，不打等第分數。每一科用四個等級評量：
EM — Emerging: beginning to demonstrate the learning.
EM 初步展現（Emerging）：開始展現這項學習。
DE — Developing: demonstrates the learning with some support.
DE 發展中（Developing）：在一些協助下能展現。
PR — Proficient: consistently demonstrates the expected learning.
PR 已達標（Proficient）：能穩定展現預期的學習。
EX — Extending: demonstrates the learning with depth beyond expectations.
EX 超越預期（Extending）：展現的深度超出預期。
🗓️ Attendance出缺勤
More → Attendance lists each of your courses with its totals — Present, Late, Absent, Excused — and flags any recent records worth knowing about. Your parents see the same record on their own portal.
「更多 → Attendance 出缺勤」逐科列出統計 — Present 出席、Late 遲到、Absent 缺席、Excused 請假 — 並標示最近需要留意的紀錄。你的家長在家長專區看到的是同一份紀錄。
請假（病假、家裡有事）由家長在家長專區申請 — 學生專區沒有請假表單。核准後，你的紀錄會顯示為 Excused 請假。
🏫 Homeroom班級專區
Announcements from your homeroom teacher — class events, reminders, news. Tap one to read it in full.
導師發布的班級訊息 — 班級活動、提醒與消息。點開可以閱讀全文。
💬 Talk to us跟我們說
If something is worrying you — schoolwork, friends, home, how you feel, anything — this is a private way to tell the school. Pick a topic, write what's going on, and send it. Your name is attached so staff know who to help, and only trained staff can read it — not your teachers, not other students, not your classmates.
如果有事讓你煩惱 — 課業、朋友、家裡、心情，任何事 — 都可以在這裡私下告訴學校。選一個主題、寫下發生的事，然後送出。訊息會附上你的名字，學校才知道要幫助誰；而且只有受過訓練的專責人員看得到 — 你的老師、同學都看不到。
這個表單是由真人閱讀，不是即時的。如果事情不能等，請直接找老師或學校辦公室 — 或撥打 1995（安心專線，24 小時）。
📢 News學校公告
Official school announcements in full — events, exam schedules, notices. The newest ones also appear on Home, so this page is where you catch up on anything you missed.
學校正式公告的完整內容 — 活動、考試日程、行政通知。最新的公告也會出現在首頁，這一頁用來補看錯過的。
📅 School calendar行事曆
The official calendar published by the school office — the same one staff and parents see. A coloured dot means something is scheduled that day: holidays, breaks, exams, events. Tap a date for the details; "Today" jumps back to today.
學校辦公室發布的官方行事曆 — 和教職員、家長看到的是同一份。日期下的色點代表當天有安排：假日、休息日、考試、活動。點任一天看細節；「Today」快速跳回今天。
🪪 Student ID學生證
Your digital student ID: name, student number, grade, and a QR code. Show it when staff need to check who you are — signing out equipment, school events, and so on. It identifies you; it is not a password, and staff always verify it against school records.
你的數位學生證：姓名、學號、年級與 QR code。需要向學校人員證明身分時出示 — 例如借用器材、學校活動等。它只用來識別身分，不是密碼；學校人員都會再與學籍紀錄核對。
If you're marked absent
Teachers take attendance every class. If you think a record is wrong — you were there, but the record says absent — here is how corrections work. Read this once now, so you know what to do when it matters.
老師每節課都會點名。如果你認為紀錄有誤 — 你明明有到，紀錄卻是缺席 — 更正的流程如下。請現在先讀一次，需要用到時才知道怎麼做。
Corrections are yours to file — in person. Go to the 7F office within 3 weekdays (Mon–Fri) of the record and ask for a correction. The teacher who taught that period decides. Your parents cannot file it for you — that's deliberate.
更正申請必須由你本人提出。請在紀錄當天起 3 個工作日內（週一至週五）親自到 7 樓辦公室提出，由當堂授課的老師決定。家長無法代為申請 — 這是刻意的設計。
Whatever the outcome, it shows on your Attendance page — and on your parents' portal too.
不論結果如何，都會顯示在你的出缺勤頁面，家長專區也看得到。
學校正在準備讓系統在放學後自動結算當天點名：當天仍未被點名的學生會被登記為缺席，並在當晚收到一封 Email，說明上面的更正流程。這項功能目前還沒有啟用，正式開始前學校會先公告。啟用後收到那封信是正常流程，不是警告信。
家長請的假一經核准，當天就登記為請假 — 不會記缺席，也不會寄信。如果申請還在審核中，等候期間你也不會收到缺席通知。
FAQ
Q: The portal says it doesn't recognize me.
You're almost certainly signed in with a personal Google account. Sign out, then sign in again choosing your @tcs.ntpc.edu.tw school account. If that still fails, tell your homeroom teacher or the school office.
「Portal 說不認識我」— 幾乎一定是用到個人 Google 帳號了。請登出後重新登入，選 @tcs.ntpc.edu.tw 學校帳號。還是不行的話，請告訴導師或學校辦公室。
Q: I forgot my password.
There is no portal password to forget — sign-in is your school Google account. If you've lost access to that account itself, the school's IT staff can reset it.
「我忘記密碼」— 學生專區沒有自己的密碼，登入用的就是學校 Google 帳號。如果是 Google 帳號本身無法登入，請找學校資訊人員重設。
Q: Homework says something is missing, but I handed it in.
The page syncs from Google Classroom and shows when each course was last updated. Check the assignment in Classroom first — if it's marked turned in there, the portal catches up at the next sync. If Classroom also says missing, talk to your teacher.
「作業明明交了卻顯示缺交」— 這一頁的資料同步自 Google Classroom，每科都標有更新時間。請先到 Classroom 確認：那邊顯示已繳交的話，portal 下次同步就會更新；Classroom 也顯示缺交的話，請直接問老師。
Q: Why is Grades empty?
It fills in when the school releases the term's report card. Scores on individual assignments are under Homework in the meantime.
「成績為什麼是空的」— 學校公布學期成績單後才會有內容。在那之前，單份作業的分數在「作業」分頁。
Q: Who can read what I write in Talk to us?
Only trained staff whose job it is to help — not your teachers, not other students. Your name is attached so they know who to help, and someone will get back to you.
「我在『跟我們說』寫的內容誰看得到」— 只有負責協助的專責人員看得到，你的老師和同學都看不到。訊息會附上你的名字，這樣他們才知道要幫助誰，之後會有人回覆你。
Q: Can I message my teachers here?
Not yet. For now, talk to teachers in person or through Google Classroom. Your parents can message your homeroom teacher from the parent portal.
「可以在這裡傳訊息給老師嗎」— 目前還不行。請當面找老師，或透過 Google Classroom。家長可以在家長專區傳訊息給導師。
Q: My phone shows everything in the wrong language.
